College Cost

Gadsden State offers one of the most affordable tuition rates in Alabama at $160 per credit hour averaging approximately $1,920 each semester for full-time enrollment.  Although the majority of our students commute to campus, we also offer affordable

on-campus housing in Fowler Residence Hall. Apply for housing early because space is limited! Gadsden State is pleased to offer students a FREE admissions application, parking decal and student ID, which students can use for free admission to most Gadsden State home athletic events!

Students needing tuition assistance can make college more affordable with the payment plan through Nelnet campus commerce. Flexible payment options allow Gadsden State students to pay tuition over time without accruing interest.
